Rachel, at the age of 9, agreed to play Pachelbel’s Canon in D at our wedding. She diligently learned and rehearsed the song to perfection. Enthusiastically, she would tell family and friends that she was going to play “Crocodile Dundee” on the piano at her aunt’s wedding!!!! Eventually she learned how to correctly say the song and would sit down at any piano, at any time and play it for us! Rachel Elizabeth was and always will be a treasured gift! She has filled our hearts with love and joy which we will hold onto forever.

Post Script-When home this past Thanksgiving, Rach sat down at the piano and played this song from memory with Adlie on her lap.  😊
